terms of service.

For NSFW commissions, you have to be 18 or older, obviously.

  • Commercial work is subject to additional terms and a contract.
  • You may not, under any circumstances, use and/or reproduce, or otherwise associate any portion of my work with cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or related blockchain/"metaverse" usages.
  • You may not, under any circumstances, use my work, crops of my work, or modified versions of my work (even commissions you have paid for) as input for creating AI-generated images or training AI/ML models.

Do not attempt to misconstrue these terms. Offenders will be denied from participating in future openings.


COMMUNICATION

I'll update you on changes of phase in the commission.


You can ask at any time to see an update of the work. Also feel free to ask about my process, I'm a very friendly fellow, though a bit slow.


Communication will be conducted via direct message or email. Grab links below after reading these terms.


PAUSES, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

If I cannot complete your the commission, I will issue a refund.


You can ask me to pause a commission for an indefinite amount of time.


If I cancel at any point in the process,
you'll receive the work in it's current state, and a full refund, not including transaction fees.


If you cancel before the process has started,
you'll receive a full refund, not including the transaction fees.


If you cancel after the process has started,
you'll receive the work in it's current state, the payment is non-refundable.
